Opt In vs Opt Out Incentives (Dual Incentive System)
Wellston Smart operates two distinct incentive systems that must never overlap: (1)
Incentive Program (Sweepstakes / Tickets) and (2) Referral Rewards Program (Guaranteed Non-Cash
Rewards).
Opted In (Incentive Program): User must affirmatively opt in during signup or via settings. Opt-in applies
for the calendar year and must be reconfirmed annually. Homepage displays ticket count and drawing
related UI elements. Tickets may be earned only through verified discipline based actions or defined
referral actions. No purchase is required. Free mail-in entry (AMOE) remains available and is processed
outside the app.
Opted Out (Referral Rewards Program): User explicitly opts out of the Incentive Program. Ticket related
UI is hidden from the homepage. User is presented with a guaranteed referral reward tracker. Example:
Refer 10 verified users -> Receive 12 months of free service. This reward is guaranteed, not random, and
